Terrible experience every visit. Staff not paying attention to customers waiting. Billy very rude. I have a commercial account at this location and will probably never come back. Moving business to auto- zone or Nappa. This store needs management bad use to be really good don't know what changed but it wasn't for the good. Sorry

Had a battery that was less than 6 months old. Brought it in to be tested and charged. I was given nothing but attitude from "Miss Rhonda". Maybe she was having a bad day but she was not in the mood to be dealing with customers. Hopefully she will have a better day tomorrow. Btw...I wasn't the only person complaining about her attitude. Feedback: Have less unhappy employees!

I called in about a replacement low beam bulb. When I arrived, the part was already pulled and on the counter waiting for me! I then asked for a recommendation for a bug cleaner, and the salesperson recommended BugBGone. I used that this evening with great results as well! I love this store!

First of all, the store sold me a defective cv axle. I called and spoke with Jeremy, the store manager, and he informed me that they no longer have the part. He was kind enough to make a couple phone calls to locate another part and said they would have one within a week. I waited a week, called the store, and spoke with another manager. She said there was no record of the part being ordered, and Jeremy proceeded to tell her that he never had the conversation with me. The last I checked, empty promises and lies were not the hallmarks of quality service.
