Horrible employees. I had a headlight out, that's all. The woman "helping" me slammed at her keyboard and did not listen to anything I said.. She wouldn't help me with the light, even though multiple members of my family have received help for the very same thing. Then I went back for to return some things and they refused to let me return unopened items with my receipt. That's absurd. Feedback: I honestly think you should find some employees who know what they're doing and can handle customers

Had a battery that was less than 6 months old. Brought it in to be tested and charged. I was given nothing but attitude from "Miss Rhonda". Maybe she was having a bad day but she was not in the mood to be dealing with customers. Hopefully she will have a better day tomorrow. Btw...I wasn't the only person complaining about her attitude. Feedback: Have less unhappy employees!
